A. Contents of the application file for citizens of EU countries:
- Appendix 1 and 2 (dated and signed)
- Europass CV or an equivalent CV
- Letter of intent (approximately 1-2 pages)
- Study diplomas or the equivalent (according to Appendix 4)
- Transcript of Baccalaureate (as the case may be)
- High school transcripts for the last 2 years of studies
- Other study documents (as the case may be):
Example: Pruebas de Aptitud para el Acceso a la Universidad, calificación Apto din Spania; Panellinies Exetaseis – certificate for the national high school examinations in Greece; Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) or ACT from U.S.A., etc.
- Birth certificate
- Photocopies of passport– pages 1, 2, 3, 4 (Photocopies of identity cards are not accepted). The passport must be valid at least for 6 months after the application submission date.
- Certificate attesting the health status of the candidate
- Psychological examination– is mandatory only for the applicants of the Faculty of Medicine
- Language proficiency certificate
- Application form for the recognition of high school studies in order to be accepted into university studies
- Photocopy of the payment document for the non-refundable application processing fee
- Personal data processing agreement (according to Appendix 5).
B. Contents of the application file for citizens of non-EU countries:
- Appendix 1 and 2(dated and signed)
- Europass CV or an equivalent CV

- Study diplomas or the equivalent (according to Appendix 4)
- Transcript of Baccalaureate (as the case may be)
- High school transcripts for 9th to 12th /13th grade
- Other study documents (as the case may be):
Example: Pruebas de Aptitud para el Acceso a la Universidad, calificación Apto din Spania; Panellinies Exetaseis – certificate for the national high school examinations in Greece; Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) or ACT from U.S.A., etc.
